Passenger Travel Advice

Only use public transport if you have no other travel options. This keeps our services safe and available for those who need them most. Walk, cycle or drive if you can but you should continue to stay at home as much as possible.

When making essential journeys stay apart. Do not crowd at doorways to get on board. Do not sit next to others where possible. Use mobile, smartcard or contactless payments. Social distancing is important to keep you and our staff safe.

Bus, train and tram services are being increased slowly as more people return to work however capacity will be limited. Updates from operators are available below.

Real-time screens at bus stations and at bus stops are only showing National Express West Midlands services. Other operators are running and we are working hard to get their data back online.

Stay Safe, Stay Apart
